Our company adheres to a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item.
For a return to be considered, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with attached tags, and packaged in its original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee
A return shipping fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover the cost of processing and shipping your return.
Refunds:
We will promptly inform you upon receipt and inspection of your return, providing confirmation of refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
Damages and Issues: ALWAYS inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take action quickly.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Furthermore, kindly be informed that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: For expedited service and to guarantee satisfaction, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange. Once your return is approved, simply proceed with a separate purchase for the desired replacement item.
